Oh, Assmop, sometimes you have to take off the green colored sun glasses and actually see. BTW - I hear they have beer in and around the Richmond campus. I like to think of Christiana as Burlington on steroids. Located in former military barracks, it's basically a huge, self-governing hippie community in the center of the city. Wow. The Good Eats guy has an episode with a similar herb-butter rub....and "brining" the turkey before baking. We've done it 2yrs now and it's outstanding.
