uart
Field dimensions seem off. And the bleachers look neutered, and distant from the field.
uart
Oh, and I hate the jumbotron too.

If you think the bleachers seem distant from the field, how about that last row in the upper deck?
uart
I think you're mocking me there Nightstalker, but look again. There are box seats in front of the bleachers. The Bleachers are higher off the ground than in the old stadium. If you sit toward center field in either half of the bleachers, you can forget seeing what is happening on the other half of the field.
NIGHT STALKER
It is a bit further back...don't forget, they have to make room for the bullpens and monument park. They also have that restaurant in dead center. They also extended the lower decks in the outfields to bleed under the bleachers.
uart
Who goes to a ball game to sit in a restaurant? Ballparks should be about baseball.

I'm old school baseball...baseball changed for me probably before you were born. This is the new wave of ballparks.
anskyruben
That's why I own a top of the line LCD and pay for the MLB package. I like the view in 1080p. The beer is much cheaper in my house too.
Lil Bit Special
Who goes to a ball game to sit in a restaurant? Ballparks should be about baseball. sadly lots of people. Go to any of the new stadiums and all the restaurants are filled. Heck, its even starting to spread to minor league baseball. Team by me built a bar over the left field wall. There is a terrace in front of the bar where you can stand to watch the game, but most people stay inside the bar watching other games on tv.
