drago
I didn't notice mangold playing overly well...i guess that's a good thing going against Wilfork.

Boynton Beach Jets
good choices. Mangold did have a good game. It is hard to see how linemen do on TV, he did atch up with Wilfolk which is no easy assignment
Irish Jet
Very good choices, Revis I think gets it for absolutely shutting down Welker when asked to (Unfortunately for us he wasn't asked to do that nearly enough) and Mangold did a GREAT job on Vince Wilfork. Was shocked to see no Leon on Special Teams but I suppose his contribution is obvious.
JoeC36
i concur, i guess that leon did what he was expected to do and smith did more that he was expected thats my only guess.
Jbro22
Leon was everyone guess for ST's, but when you think about it his return was untouched. Which means everyone else on Kick Return did there job.

You expect your kick returner to return a kick for a TD at least once a game?
aec4
You expect your kick returner to return a kick for a TD at least once a game? While the KR returns the ball for a TD, sometimes it's not on the KR. Sometimes the blocking sets it up. Taking nothing away from Leon, because he's awesome, but that thing was blocked to perfection. I'm assuming that would mean pre-game, and that's pretty unfair to expect a kickoff for TD every game from the man. And even if one had those expectations it shouldn't prevent him from getting the player of the week, not that it matters either way.

jetsman1
I like seeing that Caulcrick got a mention for how he's practicing.I loved this guy coming out of college. He just reminds me so much of Jerome Bettis.Would love to see him get some carries behind this o-line.He's an animal!! We could use a real good power back in short yardage. The one negative thing I will say about Thomas Jones is that he reads his holes then reacts and this hurts him in short yardage so Caulcrick might be the solution there,
talisaynon
I was at that game. During the KR I saw that our ST had blocked PERFECTLY, creating a HUGE lane for Leon to run through. It was almost like a highway with two walls of Jets players sealing it off. That image is ingrained in my my mind as a perfect example of a well executed blocking scheme. I knew he was gone the moment it happened.
