Irony: The Kerry Rhodes Story

Jet fans have been screaming from the rafters for 2 years now for Mr. Rhodes to be elected to the annual game in Honolulu. The past two years he collected 9 interceptions and 7 sacks. Also add in countless of beautiful plays where he would fly in from the side of the television at the last second to prevent a reception. The problem always seemed that he never got the national recognition because of the team he played on and the competition at the position.

Then this season unfolds and while he hasn't been a liability he hasn't made those big game changing plays we enjoyed so much. Yet the team is getting as much recognition as any in the league at this point.

Kinda sucks that the year he'd probably be sent to the Pro-Bowl is his worst statistically other than his rookie year.

At the same time Reed and Troy are playing lights out so he has next to no shot. But the D is playing well I think he can live with that.
