throwback54milkman
for those fans who were at the game in the 4th quarter (there weren't many) there was a great moment on a timeout before a Denver punt when Leon was chillin waiting for the punt by himself, and everyone in the stadium was chanting his name and you could tell he was getting really pumped up and was affected (even though he didn't return the punt). He has absolutely emerged as the fan favorite, not even a doubt.

If he didn't slip on that first down at the Denver 7-yard line, I think it's a TD. The play was developing and he usually makes that first guy miss. Regardless, Leon was unstoppable out of the shotgun spread formation in the third quarter.

He came to play today.Too bad no one else did beside Thomas Jones.
DireJet38
O-line and the backs have come to play pretty much every game down the stretch. Billy Callahan has them in a groove. This, of course, makes Bobby Sutton look like a joke.
DireJet38
Despite the gloomy tone of the loss, I'm surprised none of the beat reporters picked up on this moment.
