Microsoft Live + ebay + Paypal = CASHBACK

Hey folks, check this out. I figured this might help save some folks some cash this holiday season.

If you do a search for anything on www.live.com, say for example Nintendo Wii, there are sponsored links at the top of the page - ebay is always one of them.

Here's an example:

http://search.live.com/results.aspx?q=nintendo+wii&go=&form=QBLH&adlt=strict

Anyway, the ebay sponsored links are usually for 25-30% cashback - if you click on that link, and do the following:

Buy It Now using Paypal, on anything in your session within 60 minutes, you're eligible for cashback to your Paypal account, I think they post it to your account after 60 days I think.

You'll also need a Windows Live id, or have to register for one and signup for the cashback thing.

Heres the full FAQ:

http://pages.ebay.com/cashbackoffer/terms.html?_trksid=m38

Somehow I got a 30% off link, and bought a Nintendo Wii + the Fit bundle for like 435.00 - but I'll end up getting 130.00 cashback :headbang:

i guess its true that you have to spend money to make money

Well, yeah, and I know once that cashback $ ends up in my PayPal account, I know its getting spent on something else...but a good way to take the sting out of some high-priced purchases. Now about that new home theater I was looking for...

Yup. I've seen this on a few forums today. Great deal.

The MAXIMUM you can get back is $200 bucks people, so take note.

Incorrect, thats PER PURCHASE.

The maximum is 2500.00 -

The Microsoft Live Search Cashback Program provides cashback for up to 12 qualifying purchases per account on www.ebay.com. The amount of cashback will be determined by eBay, specified at the time of checkout on the "purchase review page" and equal to a percentage of the sale price (excluding shipping and handling fees, insurance fees and other such fees) ("Cashback Rewards"). The maximum amount of Cashback Rewards per qualifying purchase is $200.00 USD. In addition, all Cashback Rewards (including Cashback Rewards earned in connection with purchases made on websites other than www.eBay.com) are subject to the annual $2,500.00 per person cap set forth in the Program Terms.

That's what I was reffering to Fish, per purchase. I just didn't want someone buying a $4500 dollar Tv and expecting 20% back.

LOL, fair enough. The good thing is before you confirm your purchase, it shows you the amt of the cashback before you actually click the confirmation button.
