Jets1Fan
David Clowney (Only not Harris, b/c I think we can stop the Run this week without him, and why not let him get an extra week of rest), BUT I AM NOT TAKING THE 49ers LIGHTLY. I'm MAD, I'm VENGEFUL, I WANT POINTS, I WANT A WIN!
ZachEY
I think Nugent should play in his place. Quite literally.
BroadwayJoe12
Unless there is an explanation for his arrest, such as he has insurance and the cards weren't on him and if the weed was just in his car etc. than I really don't see him playing. Mangini will probably act quickly knowing this is probably one of the easier games out of the next 3; I want to point out that I'm not saying it is an easy game, but as far as talent goes they are not on the same level as the remaining 3 teams..although one could make an argument for the seahags. I think harris will take his spot, although I would personally love to see clowney or Jehuu Caulcrick. My emphasis would be on clowney.

The coach doesn't designate which game a player will be suspended for, the league does. A coach can add an additional suspension if he chooses, but that would just be stupid. There will be a suspension, and probably an appeal. I just hope that the loss of the appeal doesn't carry the suspension into the post season. First game next year would be fine with me. Boynton Beach Jets
I think he'll miss the 49'ers game....and hopefully that's it. Why would he miss the 49er game? The team knew last Sunday and let him play against the Broncos, the league will suspend him 4 games if this was a second offense. We do not know if he has any prior offense because the league keeps first offenses private.

You're right I didn't think of that, but maybe they'll be under pressure to do something since this story broke. Trust me I don't want the guy to miss any games, especially since he's been nothing but class since the JETS drafted him. Anyone remember what was Kevin Faulk's suspension when they bagged him with weed?

As mangini i was more referring to him and the Jets as an organization; I figured they would take the action of suspending him for one game, much like the Steelers did to holmes, and the NFL would not deliver further punishment. 124
Team already knew about this, supposedly, so I'll say no. If he was punished, it happened already behind closed doors (money).

Exactly, it happened before last weeks game and he played... and every reporter is saying that he will play this week too.
