I know a little about baseball too. I had a friend who was a big baseball player back in high school. Man he could through that speed ball by you... make you look like a fool.

But I'm just amazed that we have 59 ex pro athletes. Friggin talented board.

You have to consider that perhaps people are using very loose definitions of the words "professional" and "sports" (not to mention "have", "you", and "played").

So when you consider that, if you would excuse me, I have to go submit my "yes" vote.

Several Jets used to read the board. I know Mawae did. Max would always know and keep it secret so they wouldn't get harassed. There was one former Jets DB that would post here until Bleedin Green told him he "obviously didn't know anything about football." Lol. We laughed about that one for days.

There were a lot of players in the pre-twitter days. Now we get mostly 2nd cousins and Aunts of players. :)

But Tom's story is true, unfortunately. Nothing we can do when we see that playing out. Like when Gainzo got into it with Chad Pennington's sister via PM.

This thread really was a classic.  Although I still want to know who the hell that former Jets DB was that I allegedly got into it with.  I don't discount the possibility that it happened, but there are also about 1000 different users with varying versions of this as their SN, so it would be interesting to verify.  Besides, if it really did happen then I want details damn it.
