Also, only 7 of the 16 have taken the team to playoffs! Damn, we suck at hiring coaches lol.
war ensemble
Interesting stat about our coaches--the vast majority suck.
serphnx
Interesting stat about our coaches--the vast majority suck. They're better than Cowher, BB and Dungy, because it took each of them what, at least 8 years to win an SB? Why would we possibly want Cowher? Sperm Edwards
What's interesting is that Mangini has coached 46 games (in the regular season), not 32. He's 23-23, and 0-1 in the playoffs. Pizza-faced arrogant spiteful scumbag dufus that he is.

Pizza-faced arrogant spiteful scumbag dufus that he is. That is an awfully harsh assesment of a coach in his 3rd year with a real shot of getting his second playoff birth. Arrogant? Maybe a little although nothing compared to some of the pompous coaches in the league. Spiteful? I don't see that, he seems to be pretty fair handing out discipline and dealing with his players. Scumbag? He seems honest, extremely hardworking, and is always pleasant in dealing with the media. He also seems a good family man to boot. Dufus? He always seemed very bright to me and compared to the Jet coaches in the past, like Richie Kotite or Hermie he is a downright brilliant. He lacks experience and will only be a better coach as the years go by, which I hope are with the Jets. Pizza Face? That one I won't argue with. MagicBizkit87
Herm is in 3rd place for overall coaching record. Now THAT is sad. No he's 5th. Behind Baugh, Parcells, Groh, Mangini (now 23-23), and then there's Herm.
