Bob
Yep, sad. Both for Falk's family and you gentlemen. I watched a great-grandmother and a grandfather deteriorate that way. It's awful.

The Gun Of Bavaria
Nightmare for anyone who has ever had a loved one with this disease.
NIGHT STALKER
My mother lasted for 10 years with that awful disease. I don't know what I would have done without my sister taking care of her that entire decade...it rips your heart out in words I cannot describe (unless you've experienced it) when your own mother (or another loved one) doesn't recognize you anymore. Thanks. It is probably the one disease that really affects the family members more than the afflicted. Not that their life isn't horrible.
LionelRichie
a truly vicious disease, my grandfather died with alzheimers 3 years ago and watching him go was one of the hardest experiences if my life.
