The decision whether or not to fire the coaching staff won't be changed based on this game. As far as the talent level, are you really trying to say that a lower draft pick by a pick or two in the first round is going to make the difference? You can't be 8-3 with a cream puff schedule remaining and end up 9-7 with the one win taking a miracle blunder by the Bills HC. The HC has to go under the above circumstances. Especially for a team that was a year removed from the playoffs, if the last coach could win, why can't you? And when the last coach was Herm, it's all the more damning.
