johnny green balls
Agree. Mangini had one good year, his first, when he had no pressure to win. His playcalling was innovative, aggressive and unpredictable. Now with a team that has the talent to win, he climbed into a conservative hidey hole all year. FIRE THIS BUM. shawn306
Even if the Jets win Mangini should be fired. This team is a reflection of its coach. No passion, no emotion, no leadership. That leadership is playing MLB for New Orleans and QB for Miami.
KINGDIRK
Fire him! Bring in Parcells or Cowher...or both? Whoever comes in, let them decide what coaches come or go? Just give ONE contingency = the defense is to be a 3-4.

Just give ONE contingency = the defense is to be a 3-4. **** that, there is no contingency. They can run whatever the **** they want, it's not like the personnel is 3-4 on this team. Most of these guys played better in the 4-3 or can make the transition easily. Even the guys that are playing well in the 3-4 will be better off in the 4-3 and won't need to play perfect ball to have a decent defense. Like Jenkins. After second thought, this Mangini/Favre sitaution is awful. AGREED- No contingency. Give em (Parcells or Cowher) free reign to do what they want. Is a Parcells/Cohwer team possible? Would Cohwer agree to coach with Tuna calling the shots upstairs? If so, Woody needs to open his checkbook for both of em.
Matt39
The only thing we really have going for us is our Oline. And Leon and Revis.

SoFlaJets
that pick 6 Favre threw looked just like AJ Duhe doing it against Todd didn't it? Bad sign-I was having a flashback and my wife had no idea of what I was talking about-I'm saying AJ DUHE AJ DUHE and could have sworn I felt myself burping up chili all over again-from 1983

SoFlaJets
thankfully I could only stand to watch about 20 minutes of this game. I left right before it started and came home for that last drive of the 1st half. This collapse rates right up there with the AJ Duhe game and the Cleveland game and the Denver game as far as how badly I feel about my team.... PLEASE FIRE MANGINI
