Team Needs a professional Head Coach

The players we have are good enough to win...period. What has been lacking i.e. Herm Edwards and this Mangini coaching staff is a professional winning attitude. This was proven when we beat the Pats and Titans.....and then played like crap the rest of the way. This is game time preparation, leadership, coaching strategy and practice.

What is Favre doing in a shot-gun formation on 3rd and 1.....???? This has happened way to many times in the past 5 games and it started with the Denver game. This is coaching.

Where is the running game...?????

Where is the blitz...?????

This is all coaching...period.

We have the personnel to win now and we didn't. We let 8 and 3 turn into 9 and 7...that's coaching.

We need a professional head coach who has won a super bowl come here and instill what it will take day in and day out to produce a winner. At it is up to that head coach to make sure his players...play!!!!

We all knew that Favre has his moments of glory...like the 6 TD's....and we all knew that he does make bone head throws...but it's still Favre. And we all know the Favre is better than Penny will ever be so blaming Favre for this loosing season is not right at all.

Where was the game plan to use Washington more? Probably one of the most dynamic players in the AFC?????

Come on guys.....we have been hamstrung by crappy coaches ever since Parcells left...period.

I hope Woody does the right thing and that right thing is bring Cowher in NOW. Give him the keys to the Jets and I am sure we will finally have a winner, maybe not next year, but I would bet that we could at least see the Jets in a Super bowl again.
