The Troll
Report: Parcells feels 'itch' to coach again According to the Newark Star-Ledger, Dolphins VP of Football Operations Bill Parcells is telling those close to him that he would consider coaching again if the right situation comes about. Parcells has an out in his contract if Wayne Huizenga sells the Fins to current co-owner Stephen Ross. ESPN reported Sunday that Parcells might jump to another team as GM, but the Star-Ledger says the Tuna would also be interested in coaching the talent he evaluates. Any team pursuing Parcells would obviously have to realize he's a short-term solution. If Parcells does return to the sidelines, the Jets would appear to be his best fit. rillo
One thing is for sure, if he does come back and coach the Jets you can kiss Favre good bye. Parcells doesn't like divas....
Lil Bit Special
why barf? I'm tired of his act and antics. I want a coach who wants to be here for 5/6/7 years not someone who will be in and out in a year or two. He is not what we need for the future of the franchise. floridajet
I don't care if he comes back here but I would just LOVE it if he leaves the dolphags like all their other head coaches did before him. Run, Bill run, before they make you wear that fairy teal attire...
crashingjet
I'm finially beginning to understand what goes on in the mind of somebody who is Bi-polar. On one hand, I want to give Parcells a big ol' high five and a chest bump, then name my first child after him for designing this amazing turnaround. On the other hand, I want to kick him in the nuts and throw a glass of water on him and say "what the **** man, why leave, it's perfect here"? I'll go on the record and say if Stephen Ross let's Parcells go, without doing everything possible to keep him here, the Miami fanbase may just riot at Dolphin Stadium, and I'll be leading the charge with a pack of rabid dogs. End rant.

crashingjet
12 fans shouldnt be too difficult to control... That's a good one. You know, the time frame for those jokes about our attendance is getting smaller and smaller. The paper said the game is already sold out. However, I'll give you a bounce pass since the seasons over in a couple weeks... Opps, I mean for us, yours is already... Well, salt on the wounds is never good, I digress

The bandwagon is awfully full now. Its just sad they werent there for the entire journey like you were. If they somehow win the super bowl it will be the most awesome thing a fan could ever experience. And you and 10 of your friends have been there all season to enjoy it. Good luck. Im not rooting for the Dolphins, but I wish you well in the playoffs. After that, you can go back to f#cking yourself.

RSJ
Lol, I'll say it again: HC: Parcells OC, assst HC: Henning or Weiss?? DC: Romeo ST: Westhoff That would be hysterical if Parcells came back and those were his coaches. Actually with the the way the Jets team is constructed to win now combined with the availability of all of the old Parcells guys it makes perfect sense. I personally would love to see Parcells coach the Jets again even if only for a few years. His press conferences alone make it worth it.

TNJet
Get it done! Parcell's brought me my finest season as a jetfan in 1998. Also hooked me in 1997. Love the man personally,a legendary winning coach no doubt. Heck he could just call it unfinished business for only coaching here for 2 1/2 yrs before.Tuna,Cowher,Marty in that order of best available. Brown42000
Again not going to happen. Parcells will not be coaching and if he does it won't be in New York he will not want to work for Tannebaum. Cowher is the most likely to coach there when it comes to the big name candidates. jetophile
Parcells, haha, N-O-O-O-O-O! If he even breathes on this team again, I will pin him up against the side of my garage with a dump truck.
Aqua4ever04
Really doesn't matter for us. He already put all the pawns in place.
