Jets interview questions

RSJ

Recommended Posts

1) Would you accept minimum head coaching pay for this position?

2) Were you a former position coach?

3) Do you accept the fact that a former capologist knows more about pro football personel than you do?

4) Would you start players based on Jersey sales more than practice performance?

5) Would you ever yell at a player, especially a veteran player for doing a bad job?

6) Sometimes one of our WR's gives up on routes and drops ball - but he sells a lot of jerseys. How would you handle this?

Please feel free to add on.

Well if I asked him if he was a former position Coach that would kind of indicate that I didnt know and then I'd look pretty dopey.

I'd ask if he's heard any good stories about the drive home from teh Giants stadium.

I was assuming the Jets didn't know - which wouldn't be a big suprise would it?

And a few examples from the math section of the interview quiz.

1) If you were at the 30 yard line and took two kneel downs for a total of minus 3 yards, would you be closer to a field goal or further away?

2) 4th and 2 from inside the 5 is closer to a first down than 4th and 9 from your own 30?

Again, feel free to add on
