Gainzo
As much as I dislike Florio this post is funny. RECORD CROWD AT DOLPHIN STADIUM Posted by Mike Florio on January 2, 2009, 6:52 p.m. Maybe the best way to sell playoff tickets is to be really, really crappy the year before making the playoffs. Six years after the Dolphins failed to sell out their home venue in time for a postseason game against the Ravens to be televised locally (the game eventually sold out once it was blacked out), the Fins are expecting a stadium-record crowd for Sunday
Garb
....I'm just waiting for the Phin's to get their arse kicked and for Tuna to bolt back to the Jets. This board will be in a frenzy the likes of which we haven't been seen since Lord Favre signed. I just have an inkling that is the way it will pan out. It would be so Tuna-esque, no? This board will be in a fenzy the likes of which we haven't been seen since Lord Favre signed. The Tuna won't go back to NY. He has his out clause worth millions of dollars and will simply walk away. How old is he now? He must be in his mid 60's.

Tuna's first order of business will be ensuring that Favre walks away. He has the balls and clout to do it.

Tuna's first order of business will be ensuring that Favre walks away. He has the balls and clout to do it. That would be dissapointing. I honestly trust Tannenbaum more than Tuna in terms of personel decisions. Moral of the story? Dolphins lose in a laugher.
Brown42000
Lol at a Patriots fan starting a thread about bandwagon fans. Another thing, if Parcells leaves he won't be going back to New York.

Exactly. I can honestly say that living in both the NE and in Florida, that I know more Dolphins fans who have worn their colors with pride, than I know of Pats fans that were fans prior to 01. The Pats have sold out Foxboro/Gillette Stadium since the 1st game of the 1994 season (They also sold out 6 or 7 times in 1993). If it makes you feel better to make comments like that then good for you.

Miami probably has more models and soccer fans than anything else... lol

Gainzo
Stick them in NH or another NE state and they dont... Southern NH is basically a suburb of Boston. It would be a shorter ride for me if the Pats played up there. BTW: The New England States have a combined population of around 15 million. New York and New Jersey have around 27 million. PatriotReign37
Jacksonville doesnt sell out either and theres been talk of that team moving. Tampa seems to support their Pro Football team at least.

Meanwhile, this is what Gillette Stadium will look like this weekend.

Thai Jet
As much as I dislike Florio this post is funny. The Dolphins have averaged around 65,000 this season. The worst attendance in the AFCE even though the Pats play in a smaller Stadium. The fan base in Miami is the joke of the NFL.
