lawngnome o-line
I bought a wireless adapter for my 360 so I can get on XBOX live. The problem is that I steal internet from someone else in my apartment building, and the wireless thing is not picking up the signal. I was wondering if there is something that I could buy, a router or something that could pick up the wireless signal, and then I could connect it via cable to my Xbox. I don't need anything expensive, I just need something that works. Does anyone know anything that I could buy to help me out? Thanks

He was able to pick up the signal from his laptop but not on the 360.
lawngnome o-line
I really would rather not drop an extra 70 dollars to my monthly bills, especially when there are 4 unsecure networks in my building alone. The speed is fast, and there is little point.

And who's to say when those people happen to be using a lot of high-bandwidth downloading, "your" connection will get slow. Are you using your laptop or anything through their connections? Maxman
Once you start gaming on their connection they might figure it out. You should knock on their door and hand them a patch cable. Tell them to plug it into the router. Then plug the other end into your xbox and you will be all set.
