piney
http://msn.foxsports.com/mlb/story/9113258/Kent-retires-after-17-year-MLB-career Kent had a surprisingly powerful retirement speech as far as I am concerned, almost heightening his negatives (not the fastest, smartest, or strongest). I was never a fan of the guy and I don't think of him as one of the greats, but probably given his career numbers and his position this guy seems a lock for the hall. GimmeShelter
Playing with Bonds helped Kent have some huge years. He should be a first ballot based on his position but it wouldn't suprise me if it took a few years.

CrazyCarl40
I think based on him being one of the best hitting second basemen of all time, he'll get in. Probably not right away, but after a few votes.
