ToonTime
Check out what he said in Northjersey.com: Pettine added, "We’ve always been of the mind-set that you fit your system to your players and not your players to your system. Over time you can bring in the guys that you want that you really feel fit you best. In the short term, for us to be successful immediately, we need to do what we do well and at the same time work on what we don’t do well. We’re not going to come in here with a set playbook and say, ‘we’re going to try to squeeze the New York Jets’ personnel into the Baltimore Ravens defensive playbook.’ " I love it, I guess with mingina Common sense wasnt so common. We wasted 3 years and got a good defense for about 3 games. Thanks mangini. Just the fact that they are talking football instead of "we are going to work hard" and "look for character players" bs is very refreshing. They come from a different school of thought. The Ravens won a Super Bowl and had murder\drug trafficking trials all around the same time. Some times I guess the ability to tackle people is important as well.

The worst we have is a guy caught smoking a joint. It's not exactly trafficking, but it's a start.
