PatriotReign37
The NE TE position has been lackluster as of late. Ditto with Brad Seely and Special Teams. Sometimes I believe that these players tune these coaches out after listening to them for so long.

Klecko73isGod
I think the more important thing happening here is a Pats coach leaving because he's pissed off. They have now lost their personnel director and four assistants now I believe. One would assume they will promote from within for the personnel job, but who's going to be the OC? How does Romeo Crennel fit in, if at all? One would assume BB would want him back, but does he fire or demote Dean Pees? All is not well in Patland. Crennel had hip surgery and will access his future after he's recovered. Rumor is if he's able andwilling he'll stay on with the Browns (not as DC, but maybe a position coach or an Assistant HC or something)

I guess he thought he should be OC. -Whether it is O'Brein that is given the reins, I imagine the OC situation will be similar to when McDaniels took over. Belichick will have his hands a little more involved with offense. -Nick Casserio has been groomed for the last several years to be Pioli's replacement and is the rumored next in line. -I doubt RAC will replace Pees unless Pees leaves. He could be hired as an Assistant HC/something else like Capers.
