Inkheart provides that RARE Hollywood option, a fun film all ages can have a good time at.

With a great cast of Brendan Fraser, Paul Bettany, Helen Mirren and Jim Broadbent, we immediately know we are in for a treat as far as quality acting.

Inkheart is a Harry Potter-ish fantasy fable where there are people known as 'Silver Toungues' who can make reading a book come to real life. When reading a book, a character from that book comes into our real world. The catch is, for every book character coming into our world, one real world character goes back into the book. So here we have a man trying to find a way to get his wife back from a book he accidentaly sent her to years earlier, while battling the evil doers who came to our world and dont want to go back.

Its all fun, and its a great film for the 13 and under crowd to see with Mom and Dad.

I wouldnt necessarily suggest it for the no children over 18 crowd, unless you are like me and like movies of all genres.

Have fun, take the family.
