Blurredorunfocused Posted January 27, 2009 Share Posted January 27, 2009 Ok, I`ve done a search and can`t find this already mentioned, and maybe it should be in another forum but I thought it was fairly relevant. Just watched the Simpsons episode "The City Of New York vs Homer Simpson" and despite having seen this one many many times spotted something I`d never seen before. When they`re on the subway, I was so sure I caught a green sign behind Marge mocking the Jets, I`ve checked it up and there is a reference to it on Wikipedia to confirm it. When Bart, Marge, and Lisa are on the subway an ad can be seen that says "Can you throw a football? Become a New York Jet. Call 1-800-4NYJETS."
