Looks like it's going to be a good time. We'll definitely be avoiding the G.I. Joe movie at all costs. Transformers. Tokyo Drift is an AWESOME movie! Anyone who didn't like that movie, well, I don't know, stick to the cartoon movies I guess then. RutgersJetFan Posted January 31, 2009 Share Posted January 31, 2009 I'm a HAYOOGE Tarantino fan, so 2009 is all about Inglourious Basterds for me. I would be looking forward to Public Enemies, as the book is one of the best non-fiction books ever and the cast is top notch, but supposedly early screenings have been just awful. Taking of Pelham 123 should be good, I love the original and that's one movie that's re-makable. No foul in casting Denzel for Mathau's part either. Transformers is the big dog, but honestly, I'm looking forward to Bruno more than that one from an entertainment standpoint. And Year One has serious potential. Nice to see theres a werewolf horror movie that goes back to the roots of the werewolves myth. I don't think it'll be Brotherhood of the Wolves good, but that wasn't a real werewolf movie. Del Toro should make it interesting. I'm kind of excited for the Burton remake of Alice in Wonderland. That story is kind of made for a guy like Burton to play around with. I think thats '10 though.
