somedays you do not have 4-6 hrs to make a nice sauce

Boves is made by a local restaurant and sold at hannafords

thats true but if you replace the water in the receipe for chicken stock you can make a great sauce in a half hr.. the stock gives it that cooked all day taste

this is the only jar sause i buy.. but then i add garlic and some other spices to kick it up a notch..

lol, no, it will just make it taste like tomato sauce with chicken soup in it.

New Yorkers have it easy, if you don't have the time to make it you can always run to your favorite italian deli and buy some fresh made sauce to go. Pastosa ravioli, a staten island tradition!

lol no it wont ive done it plenty of times.. you have to let it cook down for at least 20mins.. you cant just stir in chicken stock and think you have sauce.. the stock needs to cook down so the sauce will thicken...

Is it the fact i have great taste in canned pasta sauce? Or that buy canned sauce to begin with? :P

If my wife saw canned sauce in our home she would know that an impostor has taken my place or that I've lost what little mind I have left. I grew up with only homemade gravy (sugo), and am/was a chef.
