New Yorkers have it easy, if you don't have the time to make it you can always run to your favorite italian deli and buy some fresh made sauce to go. Pastosa ravioli, a staten island tradition! Pastosa ravioli, a staten island tradition! lol no it wont ive done it plenty of times.. you have to let it cook down for at least 20mins.. you cant just stir in chicken stock and think you have sauce.. the stock needs to cook down so the sauce will thicken...
