When I took my Mom to Monsters Aliens this weekend I also won tickets..

cool idea,,the mainstream theater I go to has a manager come out before movie and the ydo a Trvia contest where they give out posters/dvd's/free tix..

nice idea...

I won 2 free tix by answering that Malcolm McDowells voice was used in Bolt..

When I went to front of theater to get tix, I said in low voice (I know the manager very well) 'If you give me a poster or DVD I iwll kill you'..haha,,he laughed and said i nloud voice, 'and he wins the free tix'..hahah

when you say low voice do you mean "balls the size of grapefruits" low ?

I think the Curious Case of Benjamin Button was underrated. I don't think many people understood the whole meaning of the film. It deals with love, life and death so tragically its almost a prerequisite to have experienced all three one way or the other. Oh and Cate Blanchett was smoking for an older women.

The Movie fone guy said he liked it and he seems to not like alot of movies now of day..

we will see,,I NEVER trust reviews before the movie comes out,,those are 'usually' paid for, as opposed to the real reviewers who see night before and post review on day of opening

Went and saw Night at the Museum 2 lastnight at the IMAX theater. it was the first time i had been there since the last willie wonka movie came out. and if you havent had the chance to see a movie on the really big screen then you dont know what your missing. the screen is 5-stories high the surround sound puts out 12,000 watts of power and it blows you away.. and the movie was really funny i think it was better then the first one.

Definitely. A lot of people frown on movie theaters claiming their 50" big screen and surround sound is better. I call bull$hit. There is nothing like going to a theater and watching a movie on that enormous screen.

If I had the option of legally streaming all the new movies in my living room when they come outand inviting a few friends over for movie night as opposed to going to a noisy ass movie theater, I'd stream it every time.

Save on Gas & overpriced concession stand food.

nothing like the huge screen and movie experience, socially,,I pick theaters that dont have alot of teens/kids and huge crowds, and people who come in late alot and talk during movies, especially screaming at horror flicks

im the oppisite. im not a big horror movie person but my girl is so i will most likely have to watch it.

Why is it that it works like that. If it's a movie that the girl wants to see then the man sure as hell better go but if it's a movie the man wants to see he winds up going by himself? By the way, I've been married for going on 11 years, I already know the answer.
