Rawhead Rex
How do you not arrest this man? Seriously....just a ticket? They didn't even take away his license? BTW, Crusher, you need to talk to your boy Ragu pronto...seems his wife has left him and he's fallen off the wagon again...
The Gun Of Bavaria
He got a ticket for reckless driving, which in MI at least, is a Misdemeanor and 6 pts on your license. Technically you can write him an appearance ticket and release him at the scene with a court date or arrest him, either/or. However, if you're going to write the misdemeanor ticket and he's driving like that big of an idiot, might as well arrest the guy, impound his car, and make him spend another $150 for impound costs. The Gun Of Bavaria
When I was on the road, the highest I ever got anyone for was 114. I was also using Laser and clocked him far out enough to get a head start speed wise to catch up. Fastest I ever drove personlly, was my 1997 Eagle Talon on the A-73 Autobahn in Germany at 146.
