Life is good. wtf are you talking about? The last 4 months has been more pressure and stress then my 32 years combined. I am actually thinking back to how much easier life was during that year and a half that i had cancer and didn't have to work or think about money or running a business and supporting employees and their families. This effing economy is making my wish i had cancer, i can't effing believe it!

Ya know, when i was sick make-a-wish came into my hospital room to talk to my parents about what they could do for me, i of course told them to get the hell out because you always hear about how the kid dies like a month after his wish. But now i am wondering, can i call it in now since i passed back then, can they get me some psl seats ya think?

jetophile
No, it most certainly isn't on some days, but it's the only life I've got. Now intellectually I know that I'm blessed, but, hey, fukk it. People who don't sweat the small stuff don't know what they're missing. It's awesome. Now that's precisely the type of person I'd like to shoot with rubber bullets. No, wait...what he really needs is a toaster to go with that bathtub of his. We will emerge from it with a new sense of what is truly important. When that moment hits you, you will sing with me. "Life is good". Seriously when it happens I want you to call me. And we will sing together.

Maxman
What is truly important? One thing that comes to mind as being important is proper sleep during your formative high school years. Other than that, life is important. And good. Both at the same time.

NJ
It really is good. Think about it. (I will give you a second). Now that you thought about it feel free to agree. Life is good. You are right dude - it is good. The only time it's problematic is when I don't put forth the effort to define and count my blessings. Unfortunately, I don't always wake up brimming with gratitude so my biggest job of any day is to find it when I've lost it. If I'm grateful - most everything else falls into place. Maxman
It's 'feel good' sarcasm. Happiness is a warm pee-pee. Warm pee-pee is definitely another of the good things life has to offer. Except when it drips down your leg. But I think that is probably a topic for a totally different thread.

Lil Bit Special
Today is a new day, a new beginning. It has been given to me as a new gift. I can either use it or throw it away. What I do today will affect me tomorrow. I cannot blame anyone but myself if I do not succeed. I promise to use this day to the fullest by giving my best, realizing it can never come back again. This is my life, and I choose to make it a success.
