PFSIKH
Ok, when I was in Iraq, I would occasionally get incredible gas. Of course this is along the lines of sky being blue and the sun rising in the morning. Anyways, I eventually narrowed it down to fresh vegetables we had in the dinning facility in particular tomatoes and cucumbers. I figured they were not washed well enough or simply being Iraqi. Well I got back and had some tomatoes, I like vegetables, and they killed me again. Well, the dumbass I can be, I accidentally ate some today and I now sit here with my stomach in knots. I do not have this problem with tomato sauce in spaghetti or pizza. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
Borgoguy
Tomatoes are part of the nightshade family. Check that out. Here's a link to a basic explanation. Good luck. http://www.helium.com/items/303428-allergies-to-nightshade-what-you-need-to-know
