Guido Monzino
What happened between innings? What flavor of gum is Reyes chewing? That's always a big indicator of how the season will play out. Keep posting. We need this stuff.

neckdemon
why isn't martinez making it home on a double from frst base? i thought he was fast. has delgado even gotten a hit yet so far? carlos "rally kill" delgado will be back in full swing this year....just wait. and wherever manny plays he'll be killing the ball as usual. LiLMiCKMANTLE
Mike Antonini pitching. Mets hope he becomes a Mark Buehrle-type pitcher. He's headed to Double-A rotation. Fernando Martinez batting. (He's DHing for both teams.) Martinez line single to center. Castillo flies out to right field. Reyes opposite-field double to right field. Martinez to third. Beltran three-run homer to left field. Delgado flies out to left field. Wright homers to dead-center. Half-inning called. YES are they still playing intersquad?? if so dont get to excited about homeruns because most of the time the hitters knows what pitch is coming

I mean, really.
jetsrule128
Alomar Sr.'s team ended up taking a 4-3 decision on the strength of homers from Carlos Beltran and David Wright off Mike Antonini in the fourth inning. J.J. Putz allowed two earned runs, one walk and struck out two in an eventful one inning of work for Alomar Sr.'s team. Freddy Garcia, meanwhile, pitched two scoreless innings, and John Maine -- with the exception of one change-up that flew to the backstop -- looked sharp in two scoreless innings.
