awesome dna........... I dropped 9 lbs.......friggin hard at our age ain't it?

It's tough and requires an unbelievable amount of willpower, but it feels good to get on the scale and see the rewards. As a bonus my package looks bigger without the belly.

I don't have to worry about the food intake as mrs w packs my lunch everyday & a healthy dinner is always there when I get home. I don't snack anymore at gas stations etc. it's gettin my a$$ in the gym after work on the way home that I struggle with. been a fugitive for 2 weeks now & overate on the tampa trip.

it is a great feeling when the clothes fit better though

For lunch it's always the same thing. Double Cheesburger meal with an ice tea and a McChicken sandwich. For breakfast it's normally a breakfast burrito meal with an ice tea although I occasionally mix it up and get the bacon egg and cheese meal or just add a sausage biscuit off of the dollar menu. I remember back in the day I would order a 20 piece McNugget and a double cheeseburger and sit down and eat it all by myself. :wtf:
