Completely disagree with Rice; he's Duke Snyder of the 1970s. They both belong. It's not their fault that the eras they played in didn't have juiced balls and roids. Their number may seem discounted now, but that's not fair to them. They were both the most feared hitters in their leagues in their respective decades, and that is greatness. Schilling?See above. I suspect he'll get in, but then by realtivity how do you exclude Cone, Blyleven, Morris, Kaat, John? Wonder if Schilling with thank that great human being, Roger Clemens, for putting him on the straight and narrow when he was boozing his way out of MLB. I bleed pinstripes. Schilling is a HoF, not first ballot. And let's not start in with TOTAL WINS... he's got plenty of other of excellent #'s.
