GangGreen
The results haven't officially been released. The media said that officers were investigating whether alcohol was involved. Plus, the man wasn't at a crosswalk, and Stallworth tried to warn the guy he said. Wait until the full story is out to accuse him of something. BroadwayJ667
there is a thing called innocent until proven guilty, i'm sure you'd like that courtesy if you were ever accused of something.

Mistalava
I guess when the guy did not get out of his way after Donte flashed his headlights, running him down seemed like the right thing to do. Why is it taking so long for the blood alcohol info to come out. There's some serious BS going on.

joewilly
pure speculation here but my guess is that he was barely over the limit according to abreathilizer used & they are making damn sure before charging him. In my mind there is driving over the limit & driving drunk & driving really drunk. If barely over limit I hope he doesn't get nailed with many years in prison. I think the repurcussions of killing someone will be enough of a deterrant for him.

Ryno the Jet
Even sober it is a serious crime. If sober, it is not a crime to hit someone that runs out into traffic trying to catch a bus in a 40mph zone.

Jbro22
Ummm Next time I'm about to hit something in my car I'm gonna flash my lights instead of hit my breaks and swerve. That doesn't even make sense.
Jbro22
yes them included, everyone deserves their day in court. that is the principle this county was founded on, because in a country that people ran from, a king could randomly imprison you or kill you, guilty or not, and whether all the facts were in. 2 years ago I personally watched Plaxico and Joey Porter drive away from a club with a bottle of liquor in the center console. It's okay though, they covered it with a shirt.

The Gun Of Bavaria
Does anyone here have a copy of the Accident Investigation? No? Hmmm Perhaps we should stop pretending we know what happened that day and wait for the police to release the results
