Sounds like he deserves all the consideration in the world. Add in the fact that the mayor has commented publicly on this case. I don't see how Plax isn't going to jail. He should go to jail. People who aren't famous go to jail when these things happen to them. if Leonard Little serves 3 months in jail for DUI-MURDER then PLax deserves maybe a week for this stupidity.
