Garb
So, I received an invitation to participate in an predictablity experiment at MIT. No clue how they found me.....freakin' creepy geniuses. Anyway, for $30 bucks, I get to watch football game film - then I have to predict the outcome of the game. If I am successful, I go to the next round...another $10.....next round....another $10...final round and winner...another $10. All in all, it's about a three hour committment. I really don't care about the money - I'm just kind interested in participating for the competition - and wondering what kind of predictability program they are working on. I just don't want any wires connected to my head kind of thing. Screw that. So, should I do it?

They picked you because all the scientists are betting on whether or not a woman can make it through an entire game without opening her mouth. Lady Jet
I say do it. Apparently their football coach retired last fall. http://mitathletics.cstv.com/sports/m-footbl/spec-rel/111008aaa.html I'm pretty sure that you were invited to this, because you are one of the people they are looking at to replace him. Good luck!

I wouldn't last five seconds into a game without saying something. Shoot, I'd say something during the introductions. The announcer could say his opening "hi...." and I'd have something to say. JohnnyHector
I'm just [...] wondering what kind of predictability program they are working on. Belichick contracted them to come up with a replacement for his video footage.
