Sunshine Cleaning is a current Indie flick that is more drama than comedy. Its trailers might not totally imply that.

Its a nice film where premise is a 'prom queen' in high school is now years later a maid and not fulfilling her 'dreams'. She is caught up in a romance that shouldnt be and is raising a son alone. She is saddled with a flightly little sis and a dreamer of a father . All of this melds into a story of self renewal and rebuilding a life gone wrong.

In between we have a solid cast , Amy Adams, Emily Blunt, Alan Arkin, Steve Zahn, Mary Lynn Rajskub. Arkin is greta as the father who always has a scheme.

The sisters come up with being crime scene cleaner-uppers and form there we see new directions and challenges.

Its a thoughtful film tah twil lenjoy those looking for a good story.
