Maxman
Staring at a 2 hour plus flight delay. I really have nothing to say other than flight delays aren't as bad as they used to be. Watching movies and the internet definitely helps pass the time. Got me a sweet seat next to an outlet. I am plugged in. PLUGGED IN I said. That's all. Panzer Division Marduk
Could be worse, you could have been stuck at Dublin Airport.
Gainzo
Could be worse, you could have been stuck at Dublin Airport. Dublin can't be as bad as Philly. That place has been under construction for about a decade and remains #1 on my list of worst airports ever. The only positive is that it's close to downtown. I can't remember when there wasn't construction going on at Dublin. In fact they only stopped using portakabins as departure lounges last year. In fact they only stopped using portakabins as departure lounges last year. I thought Boston Logan was bad, with the crappy terminals, plus undergoing renovations for years and with the Big Dig. I hated flying when I lived there. But it didn't have porta-pottys. That's terrible.

Gainzo
agreed on philly. the armpit of all airports I was there last month and at it was like a maze to find the security check-in. Construction all over the place and hardly any signs pointing you in the right direction. LoneStar: Logan is 1000% better than it was 5 years ago. Apart from the State Troopers telling you to move on after sitting curbside for 30 seconds.

I've never been on Continental but I have heard a lot of horror stories of delays and lost luggage. Have a safe flight Chief.
Maxman
Continental has their own terminal? Interesting. I haven't taken a Continental flight in about 10 years. No they shared the terminal with someone else, I don't remember who though. What Southwest cost too much? Have to keep those Continental miles going. You know, so I can fly to the Super Bowl for free when the Jets make it.

Not exactly the control tower -- but I do coordinate through Air TRaffic sources to reduce delays on certain flights -- of course to to a favor would mean complete discretion.
