PS17
What are your thoughts on him? Do you want the Jets to trade for him? What would you give up? The only thing I don't like are his drops, otherwise I would give up a 1 and a 4 for him.

I wouldn't give up any better then one 3 for him...a #1 AND a 4? thats crazy
Sperm Edwards
Braylon Edwards will command our 1st round pick (at a minimum) plus a $9-10M/yr contract. I would say pass on him, except that he would probably drop that also. Mega-talented, but when you're wide open & the ball hits you in the hands or chest you have to catch it a minimum of 99% of the time. He drops too many passes (at this stage of his career) to pay and trade for him like he's Larry Fitzgerald.
Ghost
A 1st and a 4th? I want Edwards but that is way too much.
PS17
A 1st and a 4th? I want Edwards but that is way too much. I'm not that good in gaging draft picks in trades so I just threw it out there. What do you think would be reasonable?
afosomf
i would give 2 #2's for him he is in last year of contract so the value will drop...i doubt browns would franchise him
Ghost
I'm not that good in gaging draft picks in trades so I just threw it out there. What do you think would be reasonable? Maybe a 2nd and a 5th? Edwards had a bad year last year. I wouldn't trade our 4th. We've had pretty good luck with those draft picks. But I want Edwards, because I think we need a true receiver. Irish Jet
I'd actually give up #17 for him to be honest. He has serious issues catching the ball but you will not find a WR as talented as him for a while, he can absolutely dominate DB's. He needs a change of scenery IMO. His confidence has been shot in Cleveland.
Jetfan13
a wr who you are willing to give up a #1 on better not drop easy passes. If he played like that his senior year in college he wouldn't even have been drafted. If 17 is gonna be on a wr, let it be someone we pick, not Edwards
HOZ THE JET
i would offer a 2nd rd pick that's it it's bad enough you hAVE TO RESIGN HIM TO A RIDUCULOS CONTRACT AS IT IS.

JiF
He is more talented than anyone in this draft, but his drops are a concern. I would trade a 2nd for him.
Midget Love 20
Before we consider trading for him, lets worry about locking up Leon first. After that, a 2nd and next years 3rd would do the trick but then have to close on a MEGA contract to keep him.
