Not even Namath, Klecko, Manyard, Toon, Walker, Lyons, Gastineau, McNeil, Boozer, Chrebet, Martin or any other ex-Jet from the 60's, 70's, 80's or 90's?

I'm too old to wear players' jerseys bro-I might wear a nice Jets TEAM shirt but no more players gear. Once you hit 50 you have to stop wearing certain stuff-I read it in my AARP magazine

Hey, I want to know where you got the halter top. My husband would be so surprised if I showed up in one. He's been following the Jets (and Mets) since the early 60's.

Oh, and congrats on the 20K posts, SFJ!

I'm with you there, SoFla. Jersey's aren't comfortable, anyway. I've got a couple nice Jets sweatshirts. Don't need much else.

the Pennington jersey I bought in 2000-it was a custom made job-I figured I wouldn't have to buy one for a while-I was right-it's in a bag right now heading to my neighbor Lucien's Haitian church-along with a nice green 51 Vilma

Nothing is more comfortable than a jersey and sweatpants or "basketball" shorts if you live somewhere where the heat isn't ridiculous, Jimmy.

But at 50+, I get your point. My old man is 59 and hates "tight necks" and jerseys have that, so he only owns a Jets polo shirt that he'll wear to games, as well as a Sweatshirt. He's happy with that. I'm never satisfied with my Jets clothing selection. :)

I could never have enough jerseys, hoodies and tshirts, or hats now that I think of it. Some people find it stupid and repetitive, and thats fine, like I give two ****s. Its what I like and what is comfortable.

that's exactly it bro-it's too effing hot down here all season long-and add to that the way my blood pressure rises during games-I end up ripping them off anyway in the first quarter because it's like I'm playing the game myself-now if we still lived in Jersey....

My GF got me an "ECURB" jersey... the nice sewn on #'s and such... unless I have an identity crisis... I should be good to go!

I look foward to a weekend long of Curtis Martin conversations between me and Savage if he is in Miami come October.

there are still a few guys that I wish would break down and come over here once in a while-S-69 being one of them

Another good reason why I never joined AARP. :P

Sofla -- Congrats and thanks for posting so much Jets news the past few years. You are the definition of a die-hard and I am proud to call you a friend. Unless you are creeped out by me calling you that. In which case I will only think it and not call it out loud.

Either way, congratulations and THANK YOU!
