Probably going Friday since weather looks great that day..

This is best antique show in southern/mid atlantic region..twice a year..

We really have a blast..usually get there by 11 and stay till 3 or 4. Visit lots of our dealer friends and mainly browse and relax..no room for much else, so it has to be really something cool now.. Its in the COUNTRY, haha, cow pasture, and has a relaxed down home feel..

Best antique show and you're only going to spend 4 hours?

Are you afraid you're going to miss the early bird at Bob Evans?

Its enough time, trust me..

I know each booth by heart now, so I bypass the ones where I know I have zip interest..I can slowly walk by a place and see immediately if worth poking in..

Been doing this for 30 years, and this particular show for over 20 years..

I mainly browse to see if something I like, then hit the 10 or so main dealers who know what I like and shop for me..

What types of antiques interest you most, SJ? Stuff like glass, bric-a-brac and collectibles? Or are you more into furniture and other home furnishings?

Primitives..webster def: a typically rough or simple usually handmade and antique home accessory or furnishing.

Piesafes, corner cupboards, stepback cupboards, dry sinks, crocks, firkins ie sugar buckets, pantry boxes, butcher blocks, dough boxes, butter churns, iron ware, stuff like that

example of some of recent things we got
