TNJet
Wow,i think i've just found my favorite reciever for our jets. 6-6 215,reminds me of a young Randy Moss on the field. And,yes i know he's not a burner, but Clowney will stretch the field for us this year. Checkout his highlights on youtube, it is simply amazing albeit the weak competition, but you cant teach great hands, leaping ability and size. Get this guy in the 2nd or 3rd,screw Heyward-Bey. Instant redzone touchdown maker for Kellen this year. Cotchery,Barden,Stuckey, and Clowney the best of all worlds at wideout, and one for the years to come! 124
I've heard a lot about this guy going in the 2nd round and if the Jets do plan to use 17 on Freeman, Pettigrew or Moreno, he wouldn't be a bad option at 52. He is Heyward-Bey with better hands, although like you said, against some weak competition.

124
How is he DHB? Tall and can stretch the field. Heyward-Bey has a better 40 time, sure, but as analysts continously say, the 40 times mean almost nothing because there is only one route in the NFL that that 40 time comes into play, for everything else its football speed and from watching the tapes, he has just as much football speed as Heyward-Bey does. I like the initial assesment of grabbing him with our 2nd rounder if we get one of the aforementioned with our first, but i have to disagree completely with comparing him to DHB. Barden is 4 inches taller and 15 pounds heaver, but almost 3 full tenths slower and not nearly as quick. I would have to say if you were gonna compare anyone to him it would be more of a Kenny Brit type of player.
TNJet
I think he would be a perfect compliment to Cotchery and the boys. Finally a redzone target, not since Keyshawn have we had that...

Moss has legit sub 4.4 speed, while Barden is closer to 4.7. It is the difference between stop watch speed and hour glass speed. A better comparison for Barden would be Ernest Wilford or Hardy from the Bills.
