DaBrick Wall
That is all. It's April. A lot can change in a little bit of time. Consider: The Yankees are without their best offensive player. They've played with Cody Ransom, Ramiro Pena, and, best of all, ANGEL BERROA at 3rd base. The bullpen cannot, just cannot, be this bad. Edwar and Veras had great seasons last year, and Marte has been a great pitcher his entire career. Melancon and Robertson are up. Things will start to even out. CC hasn't even started to pitch well yet. We gave 3 games away with a pitcher who currently has a 34.50 ERA. Teixeira has yet to heat up. And yet they're STILL .500. They lost a couple close games that easily could've gone their way this weekend. They'll be fine. And if all else fails, we can enjoy company in our misery when the Mets blow another September lead.
