What? A free ticket to the Borgoguy Day festivities?

Congratulations!

No freebies. Max and the Yankees have agreed to give a portion of the gate--there is some talk about 5-15% of the net, but nothing is in stone--to the Asian Sapphic Institute in Phuket, Thailand, of which I am a current board member. I'll have details in the coming weeks.

Good Gawd you're worse than Bob. BTW, You've still got aways to go. :P

I don't want anyone embarrassed by not knowing about the event and finding themselves empty handed at the gift presentation ceremony that Thor is planning. Plus, attending the festivities may require some posters to make travel plans. You know that the best deals are booked in advance, TJ. Come on.

Hard luck Gagoots, guess you don't win in this thread either.

You must be getting used to to it, though.

I hope this will not be viewed as presumptuous on my part, but I have taken the liberty of interviewing several candidates for my attendants/personal valets for the opening ceremonies. As I understand it from the event coordinator, I will be ritually bathed, dressed in robes made of the finest ermine, and festooned with jewels provided by event sponsor, DeBeers. I know they are plain looking, but their bathing skills are unrivaled.

I'm in.

Modesty precludes me from asking Max about the status of the festival planning. I'll leave this in your capable hands, Arsis. If you do talk to him, make sure he doesn't cheap out on the food, wine, and table settings. I'm an important man with associated style and grace. I will not be embarrassed by that simpleton. There better be beverages worthy of my standing--Bordeaux, Barolo, Cote du Rhone, etc.--or there will be hell to pay, trust me.

I would never dream of lessening this momentous occasion with such trivialry But, what about the ****ing buffet?

Asian girls, robes, whine, jewels and of course the embodiment of all that is eclectic and wondrous about the interwebs, Boroguy. But what about the food? Will this be like international fair, country potluck style, ballpark food, tailgate food, chinese food, Italian food, Tai food, beach food, wedding food, funeral food, or any other wondrous calorie laden fair.

Other than that ,,, best of luck.

I agree completely. If this site (JetNation.com) can survive 10,000 of your posts it is a great sign. Most sites couldn't survive such a series of events. But we are closing in on 9,100 and still going strong.

:winking0001:

It takes a great man to recognize another of such greatness. Thank you, Max, for your 20/20 vision.
