Matt39
Side note... How great of a signing has Teixiera been? Considering I was rough on this guy from the start. He's simply been a freak since. Nice having the best first baseman in the AL locked up for 8 years.

Gainzo
The cloud cover has increased and there is a light drizzle falling. The wind has dropped but I'm sure the temp has as well. I can see the Boston skyline from my apartment but I can't see anything right now.
Otter
Youk isn't too shabby. .470 OBP is pretty good. Isn't their top prospect a first baseman? If so, I guess Youk goes to third.
Otter
I think that's the first time they've gotten Bay out all year.
Gainzo
The weather is awful right now. There is a heavy mist/light drizzle falling and it is cold. The TV coverage makes it look better than it is. I have no idea why they are playing this game tonight.
PS17
On My9, the audio isn't synchronized with the visual. In other words, when Mark Teixeira makes contact with the ball, I hear the bat hitting the ball while the ball is still on it's way to home plate. Anyone else have this problem? Friggin annoying. Otter
Beckett looks tough tonight. The Yanks need to work the count and get him out of the game.

Pretty much anyone one of us, with the exception of PFSIKH, could have put that one over the wall.

That HR went to the deepest part of the park. Either way, ARods error just cost the Yankees 2 runs.
