124
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=4267591 Boss Bailey out of Denver Associated Press ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- The Broncos have released linebacker Boss Bailey, bringing an abrupt end to the Bailey brothers reunion in Denver. Also Wednesday, Denver signed Pro Bowl center Casey Wiegmann to an extension through 2010. Boss Bailey's agent, Jack Reale, confirmed his client was released Wednesday. Boss Bailey was signed last March, uniting him with his Pro Bowl cornerback brother, Champ Bailey. Boss Bailey played six games for Denver before a left knee injury ended his season in a game at New England on Oct. 20. He was placed on injured reserve and later underwent microfracture surgery. Reale said Bailey, who previously spent five seasons in Detroit, will asses his next move once the knee is fully healed. "Obviously, as a professional athlete, no one ever likes being released," Reale said. "But he's a veteran and a quality guy and understands the team has to make certain decisions based on what's best for the team. He was appreciative of the opportunity." 124
Heading into his 7th season: 6'3, 235lbs Our #1 reserve at ILB is Brandon Renkart, a 2008 UDFA from Rutgers with the same height/weight. I for one would like to bring him unless of course his knee injury suffered last season is looked upon as a problem. Would be nice to have a veteran reserve in there with Harris still recovering from the broken leg he suffered Week 17 against Miami.

Bugg
If his name was Tommy Bailey, no one would give a flying eff. Hes's done very little to justify much interest other than a cool nickname. Want to bring him on a flyer at FA minumum, fine. You need camp fodder.

Alk
Microfracture ... the surgery of death!!! I know there have been some players that come back and play fine after it but I believe they have all been offensive linemen, not pass rushing LBs.
