My two wishes at the moment

Recommended Posts

1. Calvin Pace's abscence turns Gholston into this year's David Harris, when Harris was good, of course and won the starting job as a rookie. Might as well throw him in the deep end, though that doesn't make Pace any less of an ashole.

2. That Favre makes himself the laughing stock of the league. I hope he sux and spends the season crying on the bench while Aaron Rodgers has his two biggest games ever VS. Minny. (If he plays) Not even for what he did to the Jets, but his crap EVERY season makes him more disgusting to me than TO, OchoCinco,Manny, Pac Man rolled into one, When he's at a mic, i want a tomato to come flying right on target to that fork tongue. He's becoming my most hated sports figure. Hey, Brett, you know what'll help heal that arm up?.........I got a few guys you could talk too, might as well throw your whole legacy down the toilet. I'd rather go down swinging that come out against the Pack with that rag arm. Vikes running the wildcat this year?

Hey, guys, ready for SANCHEZ-TIME!!!!!!!!!!!! It is almost upon us!

#1 - Lets hope for the #6 overall,. and 20M guaranteed, we don't just get David Harris. My goodness. Davis Harris is better than JAG, but not much. Let's hope this new defense proves me wrong on that one.

#2 - Who cares about Favre? Really, it doesn't matter anymore.

Mark Sanchez emerging as a star should be everyone's wish.

Yeah, I would think we should be hoping for our own current players' success instead of wishing harm on Brett Favre who before he got hurt led us farther than we've been since 1998.

Sorry, just can't join in on the Favre hate.

Favre's diva-ness is 10% due to hamminess and 90% due to the fact that the older you get, the harder it gets to pull yourself together into football shape again.

Anyone who loves the game as much as Favre clearly does owes it to himself to take his career for as long as it will last. I really think that at his age, he honestly doesn't know in April if he can do it again one more year-he knows he wants to, but doesn't know if he can stand the pain of getting in shape one more time.

As long as there's another team out there willing to put up with the maybe-I-will-maybe-I-won't routine, I say Favre ought to go for it.

when your ego, desire to prove your old organization wrong, your unwillingness to end your ironman streak and say "guys, I'm hurt", oh, i mean, "love for the game, ruins my team's season, I have no pity for you.

Take roids, or admit your done, but don't use my football team as a way to "hang around so you can get where you wanted to be, may his arm be forever a wet rag!!!!

It's Sanchez time, you're done old man. And I wouldn't care if was a man when he knew he couldn't throw the ball and we were in the playoff race. whatever, have fun minny.

lancemehl, did you just forget all the great things Favre did for us before he got HURT? And he also has had surgery to fix that injury, so, yeah, the weak arm comment is just ridiculous. Brett Favre doesn't and never has had a weak arm. And never will. Until he's 90. Even then it will be better than Chadwick's.

what did he have the last five games last year, a cannon?

who do you blame for him playing hurt and taking us out of the race last year?

hey, personally, I'd like to see him embarrassed, that's just me.and, yes, i forgot.

No, what he usually has is a cannon. What he had last season in the final five games, WHILE HE WAS HURT, was ordinary. Nothing like he usually had, but it was ordinary, which is still 2x better than Sir Chadwick's and Sir Sanchez's.

Well, if Fave plays for the Vikings, I'll root for Favre like crazy. Favre, Petertson, Berrian and now Percy Harvin? That offense can be exciting to watch and I know I'll root for them. I enjoy watching #4 play the game but now that he's not with the Jets...I'll be able to enjoy him "that much more"

I hate how Favre broke down @ the end of last year, I simply hate it. With all that said...We still went from a 4-12 team to a 9-7 team and now these players know they can compete each and every game, and win more times than not. Favre did alot for us last year, until the last 5 weeks.

I can never hate Favre for not wanting to walk away from the game...This is all he's ever known. You could tell the way he played the game that he has a real love for the game with every game he ever played. He never missed a start and I've never seen a QB play with more pride, more heart and more desire to win than #4.

Favre is the QB of my generation still playing. He's the last of a dying breed.

Young, Aikman, Marino, Elway, Cunningham, McNair, Brunell, Gannon....Those were all just some of the QB's I grew up watching as a kid, their all long gone. #4 is the only one left and no one did it like Favre did it. Favre and his "Lambeau leap"? I'll never forget those days as a kid watching football

My little nephew (Who's now 14) has grow up watching QB's such as Brady, Manning, Palmer, McNabb, Pennington, Big Benn, Vick, along with Eli and some others.. Even my little nephew knows that none of these players play the game with the type of heart that Favre did...They just dont have it in them.

I hope Favre comes back...I've loved watching him play the game of football ever since I've been a kid

Love for the game? That makes me laugh, it does.

Favre is coming back for one reason and one reason only, to get what he thinks would be "revenge" on the Green Bay Packers.

Dude, are you seriously trying to say the Favre didn't play with a real "Love for the game"?

And yeah, Favre has ALWAYS been a natural competitor, this is his chance to "Stick it to the Packers" with an NFC North team and you better believe that he's dying for this chance

IJ's one of those anti-establishment rebel types.. but instead of rebeling against governments, or other organizations of true power, he's decided to take on NFL media. Anyone the media fluffs, it's a good bet that IJ hates them with a passion and finds reason to deride them. See: Favre, B, Polamalu, T, Belichick, B, etc..

You know the type, the guy that is pissed when offensive guards don't garner votes for NFL MVPS

You're completely wrong.

I don't hate Polamalu, I think he's a VERY good safety who's overrated.

Favre, I do hate, with a passion. I despise what he done in Green Bay, it was unbelievable. He WAS a great player though, and will rightfully go into the HOF, but I hate him as a human being.

Edit: How the **** did that even happen? I haven't been in this account in ****ing ages. LOL
