Let me add that what you do with your diet and work outs HAS to be something you can stick with your whole life and not seem like a punishment.

+1 billion.

It's gotta be PART of your life. Not an addition, not a necessary evil. I love certain days of the week more because of the type of workout I'll be doing. I wake up and am literally amped up that it's a Wednesday cause I'm doing chest.

The best advice I got is that it's a journey, not a sprint. Most people want the sprint, but the journey is what makes it something you can do your whole life. I took a week off last week and could NOT wait to get back this week. :box:
