124
Nevada is probably the worst team on their schedule, other than Michigan, and they were a Bowl team last year. Michigan destroyed Western Michigan, who also had 2 more wins in 2008 than Nevada had. Seeing as all you'd like to go by is 2008 records, I guess Michigan did a better job, no? 2009 is what matters and Michigan is a much, much better team. We are either your hardest or 2nd hardest game until USC comes into South Bend to win by 40.

Michigan is a glorified scrimmage.

124
Finally found ONE thing we agree on. Sure hope youre right Joe. How does our QB look this yr ? Which one? Forcier is has better speed than Sheriden, and he's a much better passer, while Robinson is basically strictly a runner. Unfortunately Sheriden saw some snaps today and probably will throughout the season, but Forcier (the guy in my avatar) is the ****ing man! We are going to a bowl game this season, no doubt about it. By next year, watch out Ohio State/Penn State. We will be there to contend with them for the conference title.

Klecko73isGod
Western Michigan > Nevada and it isn't even close. Like you have any way of gauging Western Michigan and Nevada.
124
Like you have any way of gauging Western Michigan and Nevada. Your only gauging is their 2008 records, since that's the only thing you seem to go on, so by using your statistics, WMU is much better. Oh, and their QB (Hiller) is an NFL QB. Does Nevada have any NFL talent?

Oh, and their QB (Hiller) is an NFL QB. Does Nevada have any NFL talent? Colin Kaepernick was named the pre-season WAC Offensive Player of the Year at the WAC Media's event in July. On August 3rd it was announced he was named to the Davey O'Brien Award pre-season watch list. On Auguest 14th it was announced that he was named to the pre-season Maxwell Award watch list and on August 17th to the Manning Award watch list. http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=66869&draftyear=2011&genpos=QB

So both schools have potential NFL Quarterbacks. WMU, had more wins in 2008, so according to your 2008 record loving self, they're the better team. Nevada was a joke of a scheduled opponent. A joke. Nothing new for Notre Dame though. Are they playing Army in October or November again?

Klecko73isGod
Why? Because they have Boise State? Wow. So much better. Yeah, you know a non-BCS team that routinely challenges for a BCS bid will make your whole conference stronger.
Thai Jet
The Irish are orange? BTW, we have a College Sports thread. BTW, GO BLUE!!! LETS GO MICHIGAN!!! 31-0 at the half. Now that we have two, not one, but two, QB's who fit Rich Rod's system, good luck Big Ten! Michigan sucks. Wait till the NCAA b*t*h slaps Richie boy for his practice violations. He'll wish he were back in WV.
124
Michigan sucks. Wait till the NCAA b*t*h slaps Richie boy for his practice violations. He'll wish he were back in WV. Unless the players have documented proof, nothing is going to happen. Just because a couple of Lloyd Carr's players are pissed off because they couldn't/won't fit in Rich Rod's schemes, they have to be jerkoffs. Nothing will happen and Michigan will continue to improve. As they kept saying today, never heard any of this B.S. coming out of WVU.

New York Mick
This is why I said I'd wake before I said ND was any good. They got away with a lot of plays against Nevada and as always lately they can't beat a team unless they suck. This is going to be a long football season.
