He just screwed himself out of a lifetime of financial security. Just terrible news if it's as bad as it looked. +1. Everyone likes Leon and assumes anything unflattering couldn't possibly be his own responsibility. Jets offered lots of $$$. He wanted more and was willing to risk injury to get it. This is the downside of that risk. Hard not to feel bad for him, but also hard to argue that in the end it's anyone's fault other than his own.
