Vudu
Awesome Girardi, now you're going to have to use Gaudin anyway. He's an idiot at times.

THE ILK
I'm going to look like a second-guesser here, but I think a lot of people though this before. Starting AJ on three days rest: DUMB. I sadi it all along, I wanted Gaudin to pitch today, starting AJ made absolutely no sense. Not only did we lose Posada for an at bat, but he compromised the rotation for the rest of the series. THE ILK
You guys are nuts if you don't agree with Joe here Had to go for the Kill The way Lee has pitched this post season the odds were we were going to lose this game anyway, sacrificing the lineup tonight and the rotation for the rest of the series was stupid! On AJ no less, how many times has he given up 3-4 runs before he gets out number 1? Twice so far this post season!

Its early in the game, sitll plenty of time. If not, back to NY.
Maxman
If Posada doesn't pinch hit when Molina's spot comes up I am going to....ah...nevermind. Anyway, it is only 5 runs. Lee is at 50 pitches and just had a long rest. Keep plugging away get this to the bullpens, the Yankees lineup is better now with Posada soon to be in and they can pinch hit for the 9 spot as needed pretty much going forward. They can come back. Starting Gaudin is not giving up the game. Pitching AJ on the road tonight on short rest, caused us to lose Posada in a game where we have no Matsui, and now Pettite has to pitch on short rest. It was a dumb move, not that I needed hind sight to call this, but look at the out come. AJ pitches much better at home, how anybody can say this was the way to go despite what has happened and how it will effect our next start is beyond me! Bugg
Burnett said he was fine, and has won every time (3-0) he ever pitched on 3 days in his MLB career. What ever. This game isn't over yet. And even if they don't pull it out we need 1 win in 2 games in the Bronx with Pettitte and then CC against....who else is their starter other than Lee? They have 1 pitcher. Lidge and Hamels are shot, Blanton and Pedro not much better. Burnett shat the bed. Does seem he had a strike zone the size of a grapefruit and Victorino was bunting, but with Lee on it might not matter. And as long as he was going to walk Utley he could've at least had him taste some dirt. This broadcast is officially insufferable. Joe Buck is a gay porno name anyway. Listen if starting AJ tonight would not force Andy to go on short rest in game 6, I'd be more for it, but that was not the case. Plus losing Posada and Matsui tonight, with no Melky made the bottom part of our lineup, garbage. As if Lee needed help, he already shut us down once, and is 4-0 with .057 ERA this post season. Bad move by Joe G, if we lose this game, he gave them more of a chance then they should have had!

Maxman
Might have something to do with that "You're a Mets fan so you shouldn't talk" thing. It probably has more to do with the multiple personal attacks he had earlier in the day. Anyhow I am done with that topic. Back on point. Hinske has to hit against a lefty Lee. He is like really Joe?
