Lupz27
2. Lupz27 But I do have to say this is the first time since the late 90's I have been optimistic for the future.
SoFlaJets
not me I take the invisible I-won't-let-the-Jets-ruin-my-life all in one Happy Pill...it works great, all you do is open the invisible bottle pour one in your palm, open your mouth, pop it in, and before swallowing click your heels three times and say I DON'T GIVE A ****!!! Then swallow and go on with your day. You can actually replace the invisible pill with a real one if ya got one or alcohol, whatever the case may be. RutgersJetFan
Meh, I'm going on 20 years rooting for this team. You get used to it eventually. The Knicks on the other hand? Now that ****'s depressing.
JiF
Meh, I'm going on 20 years rooting for this team. You get used to it eventually. The Knicks on the other hand? Now that ****'s depressing. + 1. What was once a staple in the Playoffs and what was once the most exciting team to watch in the Playoffs, is now the most depressing team in sports. They were once something and now nothing. The Jets on the other hand.
124
Yeah, but at least you knew the down fall of the Knicks was coming. You knew they were going to struggle. Then again, you didn't know that it was going to be this long, but there is hope. 2010 all the way!

We always start the season in a good way. Mid-season is something else, tho.

Don't forget the last 4 games of the season where we think if we win out we can make the post season.
Ghost
Don't forget the last 4 games of the season where we think if we win out we can make the post season. I know we have 3 hard games at the end of the season (Cincinnati, Atlanta, Indianapolis).

SMC
Meh, I'm going on 20 years rooting for this team. You get used to it eventually. The Knicks on the other hand? Now that ****'s depressing. I've sworn off the Knicks. So long as the Dolans control, I will not admit that I am a fan. I will not watch them or care. Even if they get LeBron. No lie. I had watched the Knicks for a loooonnnggg time (since before Ewing), and the Dolans have ruined that team for me (along with the Finger-roll Game). The Knicks always riled the greatest passion in me back in the day. That's the only team I would literally break something significant in frustration (a wall, a table, a book case, etc.). But no more. Because of the Dolans. The thing is, I had sworn off the Yankees the same way in the late 1980s because of Steinbrenner. I hated his guts (and still don't really like him--this talk of "Win this one for The Boss" has made me nauseous). But the thing is, the then Commissioner Fay Vincent became my hero in banning King George for life. The team was better off because of it. Vincent let King George back in, but he had changed somewhat and I bregruddingly accepted him. The Yanks don't have the late 1990s Dynasty without George's banishment. The thing is, I'm hoping the same thing happens with the Knicks. I hope that Ahole David Stern (will never forgive him for suspending Ewing during the pivotal games of the 1997 playoffs) would ban the Dolans for life. Maybe then I will embrace this abomination of a team. This embarrassment to the history of NY sports.

Lupz27
it's just entertainment folks if the jets win the next 11 superbowls ya still gotta make the mortgage payments Yea but it would be much easier to make those payments after wagering on the Jets to win the suberbowl like I do every year.
